SHIPPING COSTS:

ADAGIO ships thousands and thousands of water features to homes and businesses each and every year. Because of our volume, we have established some of the best rates for shipping our fountains, not only across the United States but throughout the world through our partnered carriers. Freight costs depend on the weight of the shipment, the dimensional weight of the shipment, the distance in transit and the receiving location.  ADAGIO uses every means at its disposal to get you the best freight rate on your shipment.

Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you including the cost of the freight. You are always welcome to compare rates from other freight forwarders. If you would prefer to hire your own freight company--ADAGIO will gladly accomodate, allowing your freight company to pick up at our docks (on a prepaid basis only) and ADAGIO will not add any freight charges to your invoice.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

Upon delivery of your water feature, please inspect the packaging carefully. If there are any signs of damage, please do not sign for the shipment....simply refuse the shipment (and make note on the delivery notice--damage in shipment).  Please notify us of the damage and refused shipment by calling (888) 623-2446 x 17 and a new order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.

UPON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR SHIPMENT

Please open your new product packagin upon receipt. You must inspect the contents and notify us of any concealed damage or missing parts within 48 hours of accepting your shipment in order for us to make a claim with the freight carrier. If a timely clain is reported, ADAGIO will resolve the issue at no charge to you.

ADAGIO will not be responsible for any damages or for filing any claims for any damages discovered after 48 hours following the delivery of your shipment.
