Products
Adagio Water Features designs, manufactures, and distributes decorative water features intended primarily for indoor use, with select models suitable for outdoor or indoor-outdoor living environments. These products are not landscaping water features and are not intended for use as integrated landscape or in-ground water installations.
Products include wall-mounted and freestanding water features that circulate water over surfaces such as natural stone, glass, or mirror. Product appearance may vary due to natural material characteristics.
Replacement parts, accessories, and components are also available.
Services
Adagio Water Features is a manufacturer and does not provide licensed contracting, plumbing, or electrical services.
Installation
Products are provided in a kit format for installation by customers or third-party contractors. Customers are responsible for compliance with all codes and requirements.
Custom Design
Custom design services include consultation, drawings, and specifications limited to the water feature itself.
On-Site Consultation
Consultation may be provided, but no physical installation work is performed.
Support
Support includes instructions, videos, phone/email/chat, and optional training at Adagio facilities.
All support is informational only and does not constitute professional engineering, electrical, plumbing, or construction advice.
Maintenance & Repairs
No on-site repair services are provided. Customers or third parties perform maintenance. Replacement parts are available.
Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance
Orders are final upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Custom & Modified Orders
Custom, modified, or personalized items are non-refundable once production begins. Deposits are non-refundable.
Standard Orders
Eligible for return per Return Policy.
Pricing
Subject to change. Errors may be corrected.
Payment Methods
Credit card, check, cash, Bitcoin (as approved).
Payment Terms
Available for approved accounts. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping is available worldwide.
- Free shipping applies to qualifying production models in the Continental U.S. and Canada
- Custom and international shipments require quotes
- Customer pays duties/taxes
Delivery
Freight deliveries are curbside. Customer responsible for access and unloading.
Inspection
Damage must be noted at delivery and reported within 48 hours.
Risk of Loss
Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
Delays
Not liable for delays outside control.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns
Accepted within 30 days for unused, standard products.
Non-Returnable
Custom, modified, and personalized products.
Fees
15% restocking + all shipping costs.
Process
Return authorization number required. Returns must be insured and properly packaged.
Refunds
Processed after inspection.
Cancellations
Standard orders may be canceled pre-shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
Limited Warranty
One (1) year limited warranty on eligible components.
- Covers defects in materials/workmanship
- Excludes misuse, installation issues, wear, and external damage
- Third-party components subject to their own warranties
Liability is limited to repair or replacement.

Adagio Water Features is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Installation errors
- Property damage
- Lost profits
Maximum liability = purchase price.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
Use
Website must be used lawfully.
Accounts
Users responsible for account security.
Intellectual Property
All content owned by Adagio Water Features.
Permitted Use
Design/spec use allowed.
Prohibited Use
No copying media, removing watermarks, or reproducing designs without permission.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies (including but not limited to Shipping, Return, and Warranty policies), constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Adagio Water Features regarding the purchase and use of its products and services.
Priority of Terms
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and any other policy, document, or communication, these Terms of Service shall control.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms of any written Limited Warranty provided with a product shall control with respect to warranty coverage and obligations only.
Force Majeure
Adagio Water Features shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or weather events
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor shortages or strikes
- Acts of government or regulatory agencies
- Transportation or carrier delays
- Power outages or system failures
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure by Adagio Water Features to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Changes to Terms
Adagio Water Features reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
