Water Feature Warranty

We design and manufacture every Adagio water feature ourselves, so we stand behind them directly. Each water feature comes with our One (1) Year Limited Warranty, which begins on the date your water feature is delivered.

Pumps

The pump in each water feature is made by an outside manufacturer. If your pump is defective within the first 30 days after delivery, we'll replace it as a courtesy. After that, the pump is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. We're happy to help with the manufacturer's contact information and a copy of your dated invoice.

Which warranty applies to your order?

Your water feature is covered by the warranty in effect on the date your order was accepted. That's the date we emailed your sales order and received your payment or deposit.

• Orders accepted on or after 1 November 2026: One (1) Year Limited Warranty, effective 1 November 2026. View or print the current warranty (PDF)
